Questions, answered.
- How do I get my tickets into Stubs?
- Forward your confirmation email. Every account gets its own private forwarding address — you'll find it in Settings, and it looks like
your-token@in.stubs-app.com. Send a ticket confirmation there and Stubs reads the event, venue, date, and seats out of it and files the ticket in your locker. You forward from your own mail, so nothing needs access to your inbox. - Is Stubs a ticket seller?
- No. Stubs doesn't sell tickets and isn't a marketplace. When you tap to buy or sell, we hand you off to a ticket site — and we may earn a commission on what you do there. It never changes what you pay, and we never pass your Stubs account details along with the link.
- How does the passport work — and what about my location?
- The passport is the kept side: every event you attend becomes a stub, and every venue you've been to becomes a stamp you can collect toward tours like the MLB Bucket List. Location is optional. "While using" location shows what's near you in Discover. "Always" location is a separate, opt-in permission that notices when you arrive at a venue you're tracking. The fence and proximity checks happen on your device — we don't record your continuous location or keep a coordinate trail, only the visits you choose to keep.
- How do I delete my account?
- Settings → Delete account. That removes your personal data within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can't identify you may remain.
