Using Stubs
Stubs is an app for keeping the tickets you own, remembering the events you attend, and discovering what's coming up. Use it lawfully, and don't misuse it: no scraping, no interfering with the service, no attempting to break its security, and no using it to infringe anyone's rights. You're responsible for the content you add and for keeping your device and Apple account secure.
No warranty
Stubs is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Event details, venue data, and availability come from third parties and may be wrong, stale, or missing. Don't rely on Stubs as the sole basis for travel, purchase, or attendance decisions — check with the venue or the seller.
Affiliate disclosure
Stubs is not a ticket marketplace and does not sell tickets. When you tap to buy or sell, we send you to a third-party ticket site, and we may earn a commission on what you do there. That commission never changes what you pay, and we never pass your Stubs account details to the marketplace. Your purchase is a contract between you and that marketplace, governed by its terms — not ours.
Intellectual property
Stubs, its name, logo, design, and software are ours and are protected by intellectual property law. The content you add is yours; you grant us only the permission we need to store it, display it back to you, and run the app's features. Team names, venue names, and marketplace marks belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stubs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost tickets, missed events, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use Stubs after a change means you accept the updated terms.
